About your situation
You built something real on your own expertise. Clients ask for you by name, and that is exactly why everything routes back through you.
The better you are, the more the business leans on you. Growth means more of your hours. A week away means things slow down. And the day you picture stepping back, the value seems to leave with you.
You want the thing you built to stand on its own: to run without you in every decision, to grow past what your calendar allows, and one day to hold value someone would pay for.
What I built for exactly that
The work is a communication system called "Promote. Sell. Perform.", delivered one-to-one and inside a community for founders called, "Center Stage."
Promote gets you known on purpose, so demand exists before you walk in the room. Sell turns that interest into revenue without you reinventing the pitch every time. Perform makes delivery a repeatable experience, so quality holds whether or not you are the one in the room.
Together they move the three things that matter to an owner: the business becomes easy to run, it gets room to grow, and it becomes attractive to investors.

Where this comes from
I have spent three decades on stage as a mentalist, performing more than fifteen thousand shows and reading, (in real time,) how people make decisions.
That same skill moved into the boardroom. I have worked with companies including BP, State Farm, United Airlines, and Discovery, and advised expert-founders on becoming the obvious choice in their market.
Founder-dependence is a communication problem before it is an operations problem. I help you fix it at the root, so the business can finally carry its own weight.
